As a Sales Executive you will be responsible for supporting the Sales team in Corporate Subscriptions by handling new business enquiries & assisting with the renewals for currently held corporate digital & print subscriptions (identifying upsell opportunities). You will also be responsible for developing sales proposals, producing usage reports for clients and identifying new business opportunities. Day to day you will: Close new business deals/ acquire new accounts. Handle all stages of the sales process from lead to conversion Renew the existing client base, identify and convert upsell opportunities (Enterprise, Site, Team & Print) Provide accurate and timely reporting on existing client base and personal new business pipeline Support the Sales Manager with the coordination of team operations Attend customer related events to help build customer relationships Be responsible for the hygiene and management of the Salesforce data set Further develop a knowledge of subscription products within your portfolio with a key focus on enterprise clients Provide effective, timely and accurate responses to customer enquiries Please note, this position is based in Sydney and includes hybrid work arrangements
