This is a full time role 38 hours per week. Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Retail Team Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store, and assisting with daily operations. Responsibilities: Greet customers and provide excellent customer service Assist customers with product selection and provide product knowledge Operate cash register and handle financial transactions accurately Maintain a clean and organized store environment Restock shelves and maintain inventory levels Assist with receiving and processing shipments Assist with visual merchandising and store displays Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and targets Follow company policies and procedures Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Previous retail or customer service experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Basic computer skills
