Reporting to the Marketing Manager, and working in a small collaborative team, the Graphic Designer will create and maintain brand collateral, contribute to visual concept development for campaigns, work collaboratively to create high-performing website and social media content, and ensure the Asuria visual brand identity is consistently applied and optimized for target audiences. This role can extend into other areas and to evolve with the growing team, especially in areas such as digital marketing, content marketing, website content management, or in-house video production. Key Accountabilities Research, create conceptual briefs and design for print and digital that is on brand and appropriate for the message and audience. Most commonly: Brochures and flyers Newsletters Event related graphics – stands, banners, brochures Advertisements – print, digital, OOH, social Presentations and illustrations Website content EDM’s Site signage – internal and external Maintain brand collateral Visual concept development and design for campaigns Consistently apply the visual brand identity and collaborate with the greater marketing team and agencies we work with to ensure the visual identity upheld. Work collaboratively to create high-performing website and social media content assets. Manage website content (Wordpress and Hubspot) Capture and edit photo and video content to fulfil creative briefs. What sets you apart from the rest? Bachelors Degree in graphic design, communications, or marketing or in a related field, or at least five years of relevant work experience At least two years of relevant work experience is required CMS experience ( Hubspot and Wordpress) Copywriting - This role requires copywriting proficiency, however will work alongside and be supported by the communications and PR team members within the marketing team. Advanced knowledge of Adobe Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign Video editing (premier pro or similar) – valued but not essential.
