Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative with extensive experience in the freight forwarding and logistics space. The ideal candidate will act as the daily interface between our client and their customer, ensuring seamless and professional service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service, providing first-class advice, assistance, advocacy, and escalation resolution. Monitor shipments and provide customers with status updates and delivery confirmations. Ensure timely and accurate processing of all shipments to meet legislative, client, and best practice requirements. Prepare and process documentation related to shipping, customs clearance, and other logistics activities. Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures. Manage regular business reviews. Your Experience: Over 3 years of customer service experience in freight forwarding, logistics, and import/export operations. Strong customer engagement, communication, and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail, numerical data analysis, reporting, and presentation skills.
