Our client is seeking someone part time, the hours are flexible but ideally someone who can work 3 days a week - Wednesday and Thursday but flexibility around the third day. Early start or late finish are an option. This is a fabulous opportunity for someone who comes from an administration or medical background. What you will be doing First point of contact for the organisation Reception filing and administration in a professional and orderly manner Treat all patients with respect & equality, whilst being responsive to their needs Act as an advocate to assist both patients and staff to make informed decisions Maintain confidentiality on all issues relating to the practice, patients & colleague Participate in and contribute to quality improvement programs and other practice activities to meet Service/Accreditation Standards Assist the patient when possible in the resolution of problem What we are looking for: You will have a minimum of 2-3 years in a similar role. You will have a keen eye for detail and show initiative. You will have exceptional skills across the Microsoft Office suite and a friendly, helpful attitude.
