This role offers an opportunity to become an integral part of the warehouse team which reports directly to the Warehouse Manager, and to ensure the smooth operation of the stores. Data Entry Responsibilities: To input suppliers' parts into the SAP ERP system, completing necessary transactions such as issuing and printing Good Receive Notes (GRNs) and Inbound Advises. Verifying receipt following inspection. Allocating locations for transfers and storing parts in SAP. Managing the Receiving Problems Register and collaborating with local buyers to resolve issues. Generating line feeding Transfer Orders (TOs). Conducting cycle counts according to the schedule. General Administration Tasks: To support general administrative functions, including photocopying, printing, binding, and filing warehouse documents. Logging IT-related issues with the IBM team. Assisting the Warehouse Supervisor with administrative tasks as needed. Initiating SAT (Service Access Ticket) requests and ordering stationery, PPEs, and general tools and equipment for the warehouse.
