Period of Appointment 12 Months Hours per fortnight Full time, 73.50 Hours Per Fortnight Duties Supporting the Principal Legal Officer and Senior Legal Officer by undertaking research, providing legal advice and representing the Department of Police Fire and Emergency Management in litigious matters. Essential Requirements Legal practitioner with a minimum of 2 years relevant post-admission experience. Admitted, or qualified for and entitled to be admitted, as a barrister or a practitioner of the Supreme Court of Tasmania under the Provisions of the Legal Profession Act 2007 .
