About the Role & Duties As their newest employee in the project team you will be responsible for various administrative and support tasks essential for the smooth operation of our business. You will work closely with the General Manager and other team members to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. This role will be offered to the market as a part-time role working 22.5 hours per week. Working dates and hours will be discussed at interview. Your key responsibilities will include: Fill in contract details for sales of land and apartments Prepare and maintain spreadsheets and program details Assist the Project Manager with day-to-day duties, including administrative tasks and managing calendars. Liaise with stakeholders, including subcontractors and builders, as directed Perform a variety of other interesting tasks as they arise Skills & Experience Proven experience in a similar administrative or support role in real estate and property Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively Advanced communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency in using spreadsheets and other relevant software programs Experience in liaising with stakeholders or managing relationships with subcontractors and builders is a plus High attention to detail and accuracy Skills and Competencies Good prioritising skills Advanced communication skills Good team player Willing to learn Able to work independently Intermediate experience using excel Benefits Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment Professional development and training opportunities Supportive team culture For further information about this exciting opportunity please contact Mary-Jane Massicci on 8232 2220 or apply now.
