The AWM runs multiple systems in Salesforce and is integrated into their Microsoft Environment. The AWM has thirty licenses/users and this position will be responsible for the system administration of those users as well some mid level automation and minor development tasks. Duties: Develop and continuously improve standards for Salesforce environment. Seek out automation opportunities for improved management of the Salesforce landscape. Perform ongoing system administration including maintaining user roles, monitoring application storage, security settings, profiles, sharing rules, workflow rules, and data integrity. Troubleshoot identified Salesforce issues and work with external vendors to resolve them. Maintain platform security. Raise support tickets with Salesforce. Develop and maintain documentation on processes, policies, and configuration. Provide support for Salesforce projects and work with team members including Developers, Testers, Project Managers, Cyber Security, Architects, and Business Analysts. Essential Criteria At least 3 years experience within Salesforce eco-system. Certified Salesforce Admin certificate. Repeated experience in Scrum/Agile methodologies. Quality focused approach to develop, improve, automate, and implement streamlined processes. ITIL Foundation Certification and experience. Excellent communication skills. Comfortable with new ways of thinking about accessibility and enthusiastic about accessible design development will be highly regarded.
