We are currently undergoing a complete transformation and enhancing all the hotel facilities to continue delivering outstanding luxury service to our guests. Scheduled to complete the changes in Spring 2024, the hotel will provide an all-encompassing experience of entertainment, leisure, dining, conferencing and unparalleled hospitality. As our Mini Bar Food and Beverage Attendant, you will be responsible for managing the in-room Mini Bar Service for all hotel guests. You will report to the Assistant Restaurant Manager and be responsible for refilling and charging all mini bars according to the guest's consumption, closely following the hotel's Mini Bar processes, Qualifications Ensure the outlet is fully stocked at all times. Report any discrepancies in stock control. Ensure all checklists are completed prior to the conclusion of the shift. Ensure all trolleys and store are restocked and cleaned prior to the conclusion of the shift. Maintain product knowledge of all menu items. Ensure all service areas and equipment are kept clean and organised. Observe all hygiene, safety and security procedures. Report any hazards. Attend to guest's requests quickly and efficiently, constantly striving to provide total customer satisfaction. Ensure you are aware of the Mini Bar process and organize your day according to it. Ensure all area team leaders are apprised of the required duties when overseeing your area. Ensure that Charge sheets are written clearly and correctly so the Duty Manager/Night Audit can fulfill their duties effectively. Report to the team leader/supervisor/manager at all times during the rostered shift and complete all duties assigned by the leader/supervisor/manager.
