We serve delicious breakfasts and lunches and host fantastic functions. With high-quality coffee, delicious food, and top-notch service, we create memorable experiences for all our guests. The Job We’re looking for a passionate, experienced, and people-focused Barista and Cafe All-Rounder to join us on a casual basis. Approximately 10-20 hours a week. Reporting to the Pavilion Manager, you’ll enjoy a dynamic role filled with opportunities to shine and contribute to a cohesive team. Availability for day shifts across a 7-day roster is a must. Key Responsibilities: Craft perfect coffee beverages with precision and flair. Provide exceptional customer service in a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Run food and work functions Take orders and handle payments accurately with a smile. Keep our cafe sparkling clean and organised. Work with your teammates to ensure smooth operations during busy times. Qualifications and Skills: Responsible Service of Alcohol certification. Proven barista experience, including coffee brewing and latte art. Stellar interpersonal skills and a passion for top-notch customer service. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices. A positive attitude and a collaborative spirit. Ready to join us?
