The Role: Firstly, this is not a typical large call centre role. This is a non-scripted customer service role, where you have the autonomy to make decisions and really assist people. Your responsibilities will include: Providing service to customers and Business Partners via web chat, email and phone; Assisting with loan applications and throughout the loan process; Produce customer correspondence within agreed service levels; Database management, ensuring accuracy of information; Participate in continuous improvement activities; and Laugh, have fun, help others and feel rewarded. To be considered, you will: Have a passion for Customer Service . You will have a professional phone manner and go above and beyond to help others. You will have experience building and maintaining relationships with a wide range of people; Have phone based customer service experience . We are looking for someone with a few years of phone based customer service experience; Be a problem solver. You will have very good listening skills and a natural desire to want to help others; and Have an awesome attitude You will be an individual who is positive and loves to have a laugh.
