Extremely busy and varied role The Business: This small and highly successful residential real estate agency within the Bayside suburbs continues to achieve success and acclaim through their wealth of industry knowledge and exceptional service they provide. Their small team of dedicated and committed staff are welcoming and supportive to all vendors and buyers alike. They are currently seeking a suitably experienced candidate to become an integral part of our team on a part time basis The Position: This is an extremely varied role and will require you to be highly organised and able to work effectively unsupervised. This role will require you to work approximately 6 - 8 hours per week - with flexibility on days / times The Duties: You will be responsible for managing all the accounts/finances for the agency. Some of your actual duties will include; Processing Payroll (monitoring staff entitlements and paying commissions) Preparing Invoices Processing Accounts Payable / Receivable Preparing Superannuation payments Managing Expenses Bank and Credit Card Reconciliations Cash Flow reporting Profit and Loss reporting Other duties as required The Requirements: To be successful for this position it is imperative that you possess proven experience in a similar role with knowledge and skills in Quickbooks. You will also possess strong communication, commitment and ability to work well in a small team.
