• Temporary up to 18 months (35 hrs. per week) • Parramatta with flexible working arrangements available • Clerk Grade 1/2, base salary ($70,694 - $76,857), plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading Your role A fantastic Legal Assistant opportunity has become available in our Legal Operations Analytics and Reporting team. You will assist the team by providing high-quality clerical and administrative support. Your ability to stay highly organised, collaborate, problem solve and manage simultaneous issues is vital to the success of the role. What you’ll do As part of the team, you will provide administrative and clerical services to internal and external clients to support the delivery of quality services. Your contribution to the successful work done by the team includes: • Undertaking as directed routine financial activities in accordance with relevant practices and standards. • Providing accurate administration services to a range of internal and external clients in a high-volume working environment and determining the appropriate response, or where necessary refer the enquiry to senior staff or re-direct the enquiry. • Undertaking a range of administrative and secretarial support services relating to the business, including data entry, preparing correspondence, document preparation, taking minutes, maintaining electronic and file records, and support with meetings and events. • Act as a point of contact for enquiries from staff and clients and provide a timely and effective information and referral service. • Assist with projects and research.
