As the Senior Project Engineer (Civil), you will play a pivotal role in the planning, design, and execution of water and wastewater infrastructure projects. Responsibilities: Lead the planning, design, and execution of water and wastewater infrastructure projects. Manage project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication. Ensure projects meet technical specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, addressing any issues promptly. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies. Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities. Prepare detailed project reports and documentation. Coordinate with environmental and safety teams to ensure compliance with all regulations. Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets. Review and approve project plans and designs. Oversee procurement of materials and services. Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all project activities. Facilitate regular project meetings and provide updates to senior management. Implement best practices in project management and engineering. Mentor and develop junior engineers and project staff. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Professional Engineer (PE) licence preferred. Minimum of 7 years’ experience in water and wastewater infrastructure projects. Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of successful project delivery. Excellent knowledge of relevant standards, codes, and regulations. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Attributes: Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
