Your main objective would be to develop consulting opportunities and provide consulting mining engineering services to current and prospective clients across Australia. They are currently working with some of the biggest mines in the country. You'll be responsible for: Medium term mine design Daily to LOM planning and scheduling Project evaluation support Operations and site-based technical support Technical analysis and assessment Report and presentation writing as required for project deliverables You'll have: Coal mining experience preferred Mining engineering degree 5 years mining engineering experience 5 - 10 years mining engineering / management experience Solid working knowledge and experience in your discipline (OC/UG/Metals/Coal) Advanced practical knowledge of mine design and scheduling software including but not limited to Spry, Vulcan, Deswik, Minescape, 3d-Dig, XPAC and XACT You'll bring: Self-motivation and the drive to achieve results & become a strong role model within the team. The ability to build rapport and maintain strong relationships with decision makers within a broad range of industries. Excellent time management and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
