About The Role Reporting to the Program Engineering Manager, the Hunter Team Lead will collaborate closely with the other Team Leads to provide dynamic leadership and management. Your role will involve guiding a dedicated team through engineering processes and tools, ensuring successful delivery of assigned activities and artefacts. You will have the autonomy to foster the growth and development of your team members, playing a pivotal role in enhancing capability within both the Hunter and broader engineering teams. About you You are a qualified engineer with a bachelor's degree accredited under the Washington Accord or equivalent, making you eligible for Professional Engineer membership. With around six years of experience in technical or engineering roles, you have a proven track record in team management. You possess a strong understanding of the design lifecycle and system integration, and ideally, you have experience managing supplier and sub-contractor specifications. Proficiency with engineering toolsets such as PLM or MRP systems, design, simulation, and analysis software is desirable.
