The Role: CDC are seeking fresh and highly motivated Private School Bus Driver’s to join our depot at CDC Cromer. As a Private School Bus Driver, you will operate prestigious branded coaches and assist students in reaching their destinations and meet their commitments by providing a safe and comfortable journey. We are currently seeking drivers interested in either casual or permanent part-time positions, who are passionate about driving and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: Delivering a prompt, safe and reliable transport service Carry out pre departure checks and reporting mechanical defects Drive effectively and efficiently while ensuring passengers safety and comfort Identify, address and report unsafe or unhealthy conditions, practices or behavior in the workplace Maintain up to date knowledge of road laws and company policies The responsibility of collecting correct fares, issuing tickets and checking passes Accurately completing recording procedures such as daily journals, time records, customer loading data and fuel and charter records Skills, Attributes and Experience which are essential to succeed in this role: Have or willing to obtain a Heavy Vehicle License (MR and above) Have or willing to obtain a NSW Bus Drivers Authority Have or willing to obtain a Working with Children Check Provide your current RMS driving history Knowledge and understanding of Work, Health and Safety Practices Prioritize safety at all times Have excellent customer service skills Have excellent communication skills A positive, proactive approach and be well presented at all times Full working rights in Australia is essential Offered to you: Permanent part-time and casual positions available for multiple Driver’s Market leading rates of pay Comprehensive training Career advancement opportunities Working with the latest technology Driving a fully airconditioned coach, with dedicated Private School Branding Apply for this role at CDC NSW by clicking on the “APPLY NOW” button.
