ABOUT THE ROLE The HC Driver plays a vital role in the operations and maintenance of our chemical manufacturing plant. The role is responsible for the delivery of chemicals to our customers. This includes bulk pump outs into customer's storage tanks, hand unloading of packaged goods, and forklift/crane unloading.The position requires a motivated and detail-oriented individual who can work within a collaborative team environment to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of chemicals while adhering to stringent quality and safety standards as part of your daily routine. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Loading truck at our site in line with your run sheet for the following day. Filling out all appropriate internal paperwork. Keeping truck, trailers, and equipment in clean, safe, and worklike condition. If business is quiet and there are no or little, scheduled deliveries for the day, the Company may direct you to carry out miscellaneous work (within your capabilities) at our site. This may include but is not limited to filling drums/IBC's, cleaning, and assisting in maintenance. IDEALLY, YOU WILL BRING . The physical agility and fitness to effectively carry out tasks. Previous experience in a chemical plant or manufacturing environment (preferred but not essential). Strong commitment to safety and environmental stewardship. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Full working rights to work in Australia. Forlift and HC truck Licence.
