Skip Bin Driver - HR/MR Monday to Friday Location: Acacia Ridge Super Skips are passionate about providing quality customer service to meet client timelines with a friendly demeanour. We are seeking applications from motivated and proactive Skip Bin Drivers to join the Super Skips team. If you hold a HR or MR licence with no prior skip experience, training will be available to the right candidate. There are two roles available, one is full time 38 hours per week, the other role is permanent part time role for 3 - 4 days per week (one of the working days must be Friday). In this role, you will be responsible for delivering skip bins (empty) and collecting skip bins (filled with rubbish) all over Brisbane & surrounds, you’ll need to know the roads and any low bridges in your travels The bin sizes will be between 2 to 12 cubic metres. You will be delivering and collecting bins to Super Skip clients, this could be homeowners who might be doing tidy ups, builders undertaking renos or new builds, and larger commercial sites. Trucks are returned to the yard daily and when you get back, you’ll be the type of workmate who automatically gets in and helps out in all area’s of the business, as directed by the yard manager and supervisor. It’s important that you ensure your truck is maintained to a high level of cleanliness and if there are any truck maintenance or other concerns, you need to let the yard manager know immediately. Key Requirements: Ability to work autonomously and plan ahead. Hold a valid QLD MR or HR truck licence (ideally manual licence) Previous experience driving Skip Trucks (highly regarded) White Card or willingness to achieve Physically fit and able to perform all necessary duties Strong work ethic, positive outlook, and can-do attitude If you have been working in the skip bin, waste industry, construction or manufacturing deliveries or in a similar role, we encourage you to apply.
