Superannuation & Salary Sacrifice Benefits Adelaide SA, 5000 Part Time, Permanent Role working 15 hours per week (Monday and Tuesday) About the role BreastScreen SA (BSSA) is within the Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN) and is the South Australian component of the national breast cancer screening program, BreastScreen Australia. BSSA aims to reduce mortality and morbidity attributed to breast cancer, in women primarily aged 50 to 74. The Administration Officer, Image Management Medical Records is responsible for: Providing administration support to BreastScreen SA Image Management Medical Records, whilst ensuring client records are maintained efficiently and with sensitivity, privacy and confidentiality Operating IT systems to provide timely and accurate processing of client records within agreed service standards Importing and exporting images from external providers to maintain digital client records and support ongoing client care Contributing to Quality Assurance monitoring and reporting in order to meet National Accreditation Standards Facilitating retrievals and returns of hard copy client files from an external records storage facility for distribution across the organisation Operating with some autonomy, under the general direction of the Team Leader, using some initiative and judgement to resolve issues based on established precedents.
