We are proud partners of a leading Global, Luxury Travel Company, who are looking for a passionate, customer focussed and administration coordinator extraordinaire About the role: Due to rapid growth and internal promotions, we have a Customer Service and Administration Coordinator role available in the Groups and Charters Team within this Global Luxury Travel Company, who truly value their staff and clients. With a primary focus on the Asian Market, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with guests, travel agencies and corporate partners, predominately via email, ensuring a seamless coordination and execution of all travel experiences. You will manage end to end group travel arrangements and oversee the operational aspects of charter services, enhancing client satisfaction and assisting with the expansion of the company’s presence in the Asia travel sector. You will work closely with the company’s Asian Business Development Manager regarding all new and existing groups and charter travel bookings, assisting them with on-going sales support and planned marketing activities. Manage enquiries received via website and direct guest channels, as well as liaising with various internal departments and stakeholders. Various administrative, coordination and reporting duties, utilising MS Office Word and Excel, as well as in-house systems. To be successful in this role, you will have: Demonstrated experience in a customer service and administration/coordinator role Travel industry experience and/or studies within Travel highly desirable, but not essential Bi-lingual in Mandarin highly desirable, but not essential Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal Strong rapport building and interpersonal skills Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Strong time management skills, ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines Resilience and adaptability Technology savvy and experience with MS Office, particularly Word and Excel What’s in it for you?
