They are based in Sydney CBD with flexible hybrid working arrangements Role: You will be apart of IT Service Management team as a ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping Administrator actively working on the ServiceNow Platform, to transform and develop the core IT functions that support Bank's policy, operational and corporate objectives. Work closely with project and business stakeholders to deliver on the ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping backlog/roadmap. Provide technical support on ServiceNow Auto Discovery to identify the Banks Technology Assets Provide technical support to users and resolves issues, supporting infrastructure and application (where appropriate). Create processes, standards and best practices aimed at enhancing the availability, security and performance of solutions across systems through the use of Service Mapping. Review and Maintain effective IT Operations Management (ITOM) schedules, and develop ITOM dashboards You Will have: Experience using ServiceNow, specifically Service Mapping and ServiceNow Discovery ServiceNow scripting and API skills Knowledge of CMDB principles and data mapping for accurate population. Experience using the Common Source Data Model (CSDM) for Service Mapping. Experience in ServiceNow ITOM Discovery Demonstrated effective management of service/customer delivery experience. Knowledge of best-practice service management principles and processes. Experience in collaborating with business stakeholders and project managers to identify project objectives, requirements, scope and timeline estimation. Exceptional interpersonal skills to collaborate, influence and partner effectively with key stakeholders Be an energetic strategic thinker who has considerable attention to detail.
