Professional development opportunities with a defined personalised annual budget Access to flexible working arrangements, which include working from home arrangements You will work in a tight-knit, supportive team to ensure you succeed in your role Job Description YOUR ROLE You’ll provide comprehensive administrative support preparing documents and presentations, maintaining databases, scheduling meetings, and supporting the Leadership team with projects. You’ll also participate in continuous improvement and other assigned duties. WHAT YOU WILL DO Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, take minutes, and prepare action sheets. Develop and maintain spreadsheets and databases for recording and reporting information. Provide administrative support for Leadership team projects. Maintain filing systems, electronic calendars, and room bookings. Contribute to the continuous improvement of professional learning processes and procedures. Desired Skills and Experience ABOUT YOU Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels. Proficient in written communication and documentation preparation with great attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Software packages, Google suite, and database management with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Must hold or be willing to acquire a Working with Children check and National Police certificate/undergo a criminal records check. Current full driver’s license and personal motor vehicle.
