: Role Purpose: Clinical Administrator will provide support to the Clinical Services and Medical Services cohorts by providing high level committee secretarial support and general administrative support. This role will be focused on delivering comprehensive administrative and customer focused service to an exemplary standard. This role is the first point of contact for many of our new doctors and positively impacts on the values of the hospital. As part of the position, there is specific duties of a confidential nature in keeping with our governance framework and legislative reporting. What we look for you in: The ability to manage competing priorities while demonstrating a high degree of initiatives, decision making and capacity to meet deadlines; Ability to work closely with the Director of Medical Services and GM to coordinate credentialing of doctors and junior medical staff through CGov; Create & circulates meeting agendas, maintain action registers & prompts outstanding issues with the major stakeholders; Ability to work within in a clinical workplace, this will require strong emotional and intellectual understanding of the sensitives around our patients and their journey; Supporting report writing and coordination, filing, document scanning and general administrative tasks Ability to prioritise tasks, forward plan and utilise time effectively; Ability to minute take with accuracy and high attention to detail; Ability to liaise with stakeholders of all levels including but not limited to executives, senior managers and doctors on complex and confidential issues; Desirable: Medical terminology The Company: St Vincent's Private Hospital Sydney is one of Australia's leading private hospitals, located in Darlinghurst.
