About your role: 12 month fixed term opportunity to join the team as a ICT Support Administration Officer. Through providing high quality customer service and administrative support, you will facilitate the delivery of efficient, quality services to Scope offices. This role is responsible for managing the purchasing of ICT goods and administrating telecommunication services including mobile, iPad, and data services. This role suits someone driven that wants to learn and develop their skills in the IT space. Your key focus: Co-ordinate in the purchase of approved computer hardware, software, iPads, mobiles and data services, ensuring the purchasing procedure is adhered. Co-ordinate dispatching, replacement and repairs of all Scope mobile phones in a timely manner Maintain our audit register for all hardware purchased Work closely with Telecommunication partners to ensure that Scope has fully functioning and working mobile solution. Provide administrative services to support a large, mobile workforce based across geographically dispersed locations. Handle all enquires related to mobiles, iPad and any other technology introduced by Scope.
