As a Facilities Administrator, you will be essential to the day to day management and operations of the Air Liquide facilities in both WA and SA. You will manage the processing and oversight of all administrative functions including but not limited to: How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? Coordinate in general administration functions such as office cleaning, office utilities maintenance, printing and stationery and office supplies procurement Manage in administration of corporate insurance policy and business licenses Handle of rental concerns and other ad hoc projects Handle office/experience centre/other premises' renovation project and related issues Communicate with external contractors and suppliers Assist in catering service for internal party, training event and employees' functions Handle travel related tickets, accommodations and insurances arrangement for stakeholders General Administration related statistics and analysis Monitor performance of utility personnel Are you a MATCH?
