Eden Ritchie is seeking a Category Support and Administration Coordinator to support the panel manager of the Whole of Government Legal Services Panel by working collaboratively and engaging with a range of stakeholders across the sector and includes managing the panel’s reporting requirements. The role also provides administrative and organisational support to the Legal Services Coordination Unit (LSCU), Office of General Counsel. 3 month contract Brisbane CBD location As the Category Support and Administration Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include: Support the panel manager in delivering on category initiatives, including managing standing offer arrangement documentation and policies. Support the panel manager to manage contractual performance with suppliers including reviewing quarterly supplier reports, generating quarterly and annual reports on legal spend for government departments and suppliers, producing annual key performance reports for suppliers. Provide administrative and organisational support to senior management and other staff within the LSCU including organising meetings and taking minutes of meetings as required. Perform a variety of data processing and spreadsheeting functions, including data entry, data compilation and production of documentation utilising various formats and software. Assist in the preparation of the LSCU’s budget including expenditure, cash flows and budget forecasts, monthly, quarterly financial and performance reports.
