Now is the time to join this team An exciting opportunity exists for a permanent full-time (part-time negotiable) Customer Admin Officer to join our team in Moranbah. Located approximately 200km inland from Mackay, Moranbah is a small mining community that has a strong community focus, and prides itself in its rich history and various recreational activities. Reporting to the Team Leader - Customer Admin, this position provides customer service, administrative and financial support to the Water & Waste Directorate. To be successful in this position, you will: Have a caring attitude, paired with a positive work ethic and demonstrated commitment to working collaboratively as part of a team to reach a shared goal. High-level administrative skills, including previous experience in word processing, spread sheeting, data entry, drafting of correspondence, photocopying and general office duties. Demonstrated experience (5) years within an administrative and customer service environment. Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise with both internal departments and external stakeholders.
