Job Description We are seeking an Engineering Manager - Development to lead all engineering aspects of the Development Project/s, to join our Perth office team. Reporting to the Vice President - Development, you will : Manage the engineering teams to deliver quality design work and monitor, support, and coordinate contractor design work. Development engineering coordination including case maps, decision framing, decision support packages, risk oversight and phase gate reports. Ensure completion of engineering deliverables, meeting cost and schedule targets. Ensure that all stakeholder input and review of engineering concepts and designs are received and incorporated as appropriate. Verify that all aspects of the project are connected and interfaces are adequately managed. Evaluate the value and risk of multiple engineering alternatives. Provide progress reports regarding engineering hours and their relation to deliverables, the technical viability of solutions being developed, and the value and risks of alternatives. Manage input from relevant engineering and geoscience disciplines. To be successful in this role, you’ll require the following skills and experience: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, Tertiary Qualification, or equivalent in engineering. 10-20 years of relevant industry experience. Sound organisational skills, including multitasking, time-management and influencing without authority. High level of proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite of programs.
