This opportunity is a 7 month fixed term contract. Providing maternity leave cover. This one is for technical Support professionals, 2-3 years into their career, experienced in providing level 1 support. This role will see you troubleshooting queries for my clients customer offering expertise via email (75%) and via the phone/ on video calls (25%). Enquiries can range from simple to complex and It will be your responsibility to define the customer query/issue and follow the necessary troubleshooting and reproduction steps, in order to 'solve' the support case, or escalate the case to level 2 support. About you: 2-3 years experience across Technical Support, ideally for technology products. Provider of high levels of customer service. Experience supporting SaaS environment. Really strong written and verbal communication skills. A great attitude and eager to learn. What's on offer: Great manager and a close knit team.
