Opportunity to join a thriving credit team who offer a fun and dynamic team environment The Position An opportunity is available for an Credit Administration Officer to join a thriving and established company based in Brisbane. This is a permanent full-time position. As the successful candidate you will report to the National Credit Manager and perform such duties as credit checks, assessing credit worthiness, building relationships with suppliers, and managing general queries. You will be given opportunity to learn and develop your skills in accounts as part of a wonderful and collaborative team. Key Responsibilities Reporting to the Manager, you will be responsible for working within a high-volume and fast-paced credit division. Your key responsibilities will include, however are not limited to: Conducting credit checks on clients and entering new debtors into the system; Conducting credit checks to assess customer credit worthiness; Supporting with credit reports; Maintaining strong relationships with customers and supporting queries; File management and maintenance to ensure accounts are up to date and accurate; Ad hoc support to the Credit Manager and wider team. Skills and Experience: As the suitable candidate you will have demonstrated experience and a keen interest in accounts and credit. You will need to demonstrate that you can work in a collaborative environment and contribute to team success. In addition, you will demonstrate the ability to: Ability to work autonomously within a team environment; Strong sense of ownership; Demonstrate the ability to build strong professional relationships; Effective and adaptive communication skills; Computer literacy in all Microsoft office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
