Overview: Full-time, Fixed Term position until December 2024 Salary HEW 5 ($77,059 - $88,518) 17% Superannuation and Flexible Working Arrangements Based at the Melbourne CBD campus About the Role The Program Administration Officer is responsible for providing efficient and effective academic administration services that support the student life cycle. The incumbent operates within a team and will support a cluster of programs to be determined through the annual work planning process. The role has a strong customer service orientation and is expected to work closely with academic and professional staff in the School. The incumbent will also be an active participant in School service improvement initiatives. The incumbent will undertake work planning activities with the Academic Services Coordinator. To be successful in this position, you'll have: Demonstrated experience in providing high-quality services and support in a university environment or similarly large/complex organisation. Highly developed organisational and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks. Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated experience and expertise in the provision of quality customer service, including sound knowledge and consistent application of policies and procedures. Demonstrated digital literacy.
