The Senior Administration Officer is also responsible for providing timely and accurate secretarial services to meet the needs of the pharmacy staff and may include the preparation of educational materials, work manuals, protocols and master records, the preparation and review of reports and assisting and supporting ad hoc projects through the Director or Associate Director of Pharmacy.
