Your Impact: As a Portfolio and Projects Administrator , you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of projects within Asahi by maintaining a consistent framework and adhering to established processes and policies. Your efforts will streamline project governance, enhance training programs for new team members, and support the administration of the Asahi Project Management tool (Altus). Your contributions will directly influence the efficiency and effectiveness of our project management practices, making a significant impact on the overall transformation and progress of the organization. Key Responsibilities: Implement and enforce standard practices, processes, and templates aligned with the Asahi Project Management Framework and modern delivery methodologies Conduct internal audits of projects and the PMO function, ensuring data and documents are up-to-date and stored correctly. Provide training to project stakeholders on processes and tools to ensure effective task execution. Creation and Monitoring of reports on Group PMO requirements, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards. Assist leads in preparing documentation for key meetings and maintaining central governance documents. Assist in Group Administration of the Asahi Project Management tool (Altus), ensuring proper project structure and access controls for new projects. About You: Prior experience in portfolio and projects coordination and administration is required Familiarity with project management and scheduling tools is beneficial. Detailed understanding of project delivery methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile is required. Experience using Power BI and relevant tools specific to reporting risk or business performance is required. High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
