Administration All Rounder to assist in the overall flow and operation within the office of an Australian Company, a leader in their field. Brisbane THE OPPORTUNITY This is a diverse role for an experienced Administrator looking to take the next step to grow their administrative skillset. Working closely with the National Service Manager you will be responsible for, but not limited to: Office Administration – assist in the overall flow and operations within the office. Answering phone and client enquiries Bank reconciliation Managing incoming and outgoing emails and mail Ordering office supplies and other office provisions Booking in customer jobs / updating the system when required Assisting HR with employee inductions and employee requirements (facility tours, workwear and tool requirements) Service Administration – Assist the Service Manager Coordinator Following up on service calibrations and booking them in Assist the service team with creating and issuing service calibration quotations Inputting data from time-sheets Contacting clients and confirmation service dates and times Assisting with company vehicles (registrations and services) Assist Accounts Receivables with enquires to assist with invoicing disputes Purchase Orders – ensure suppliers invoices correlate to PO’s raised for jobs to assist with invoicing and job costing requirements Sales Administration – Assist the Sales Team as needed Follow up outstanding quotes and raising jobs Assis the sales team with creating and issuing service calibration quotations ABOUT YOU Our client is looking for a proactive and energetic individual who enjoys variety in their work and who is looking to take on a role where no two days are the same.
