Access to confidential support services and an excellent Employee Assistance Program The Property Administration Assistant position involves handling a wide range of administrative tasks that contribute to the effective management and provision of services. The role requires strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as a compassionate and empathetic attitude towards the elderly. Reporting to our Senior Administrator/Project Coordinator, this admin role is responsible for: Assisting the Property team with daily administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and correspondence. Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, repair activities, and property inspections. Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries related to property management. Work with the finance team to resolve any issues regarding invoices payments to our suppliers. Assist with budgeting and financial tracking for property-related expenses. Assist with supply management, compliance, and project support. Please refer to the attached position description for a list of duties and responsibilities. About You: Hold a resident-centric mindset which flows through to all aspects of your work. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities. Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping. Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team. As part of being an Infinite Aged care employee you will be required to complete pre-employment checks which will include a National Police Check.
