This is a full-time permanent role based in Rydalmere. Key Responsibilities: Develop manufacturing, repair, service, testing, and integration plans and procedures. Prepare and maintain manufacturing/repair/service documentation. Support operational teams with first-level maintenance (TPM). Respond to real-time support requests. Define testing strategies for equipment and subassemblies. Optimize production and support processes and tools. Ensure compliance with HSE regulations. Your Skills: Extensive knowledge of production and repair processes. Understanding of industrial management control. Basic knowledge of stock and flow management methodologies. Proficiency in continuous improvement and management tools (Lean, PDCA, TPM, etc.). Analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with production tools and industrial IT. Effective communication and transparency skills. Ability to act with agility and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
