This opportunity This role is responsible for capturing & presenting channel requirements, defining project scope, developing plans, processes, communication and co-ordinating internal and external key stake holders as required through a structured project management methodology. It is imperative that this role maintains a full understanding of TPG Telecom business rules and the operational framework of Vodafone branded stores in order to deliver improvements in sales performance, customer experience and operational excellence Responsibilities Work on a multitude of Vodafone branded store projects, at times simultaneously. Manage projects through applied, structured project management methodology Achieve end to end delivery ensuring that processes, systems, tools, forms and channel communication are designed and implemented to meet the optimum delivery requirements for each project Work closely with the Program & Project Managers to define and develop working practices in support of top line program objectives Work closely with internal stakeholders to regularly prioritise and deliver projects based on criticality and ROI Ensure PIR is conducted upon implementation of each project Develop effective working relationships with Sales Teams, Customer Experience, Business Analysis, Customer Care, Marketing and other internal stakeholders Perform regular Vodafone branded store visits to understand needs and requirements Contribute ideas, make recommendations and implement improved operational standards to increase customer satisfaction levels Work very closely with Operations & Process Improvement Team to co-ordinate the project delivery/ensure requirements of the end user are being met Partner with the Program & Project Managers in achieving team goals and objectives Actively participate and support team meetings and cultural initiatives Knowledge and experience Project Management experience in retail store development and/or retail operations management University or Industry Project Management qualifications in PMBOK/Prince2 and/or Agile project environments are highly desirable Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal Excellent active listening skills Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere Forward looking with a holistic approach Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics Problem solving and root cause identification skills Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization Benefits and perks Flexible hybrid way of working (from home and office) 'Stay Connected Mobile' - Access to a free mobile plan 'Stay Connected NBN' - Access to a free NBN 100 plan 'Your Leave' - an additional 4 days of leave to be used whenever you like - every year Access to TPG Learning Hub platform and internal development opportunities Access to Corporate Partner Discounts Bolder and better together Don't meet every single requirement?
