Position Overview: As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational journey of our students. We are looking for an adaptable and creative educator who is passionate and determined to make a positive impact on student outcomes. You will need to be patient, resilient, and have a good sense of humour. Responsibilities: Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with other educators to create a flexible and dynamic classroom setting. Curriculum Development: Contribute to the design and development of the curriculum. Build Relationships: Form strong and meaningful relationships with students and parents to foster a supportive learning environment. Integrate Technology: Use innovative teaching practices and new age technology to provide rich and engaging learning opportunities. Support Positive Behaviour: Implement positive behaviour support models to manage and support students with social, emotional, and behavioural issues. Classroom Management: Confidently manage classroom dynamics and liaise with a range of other professionals to support student learning. Differentiate Instruction: Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs and abilities of students, including those with ASD and ADHD.
