Our Opportunity Due to ongoing growth NEPEAN Conveyors is currently seeking a Administrator Officer to join the team on a Monday-Friday basis at our Slade Point Workshop. This is a permanent on-going position with a standard 38 hour week. This is an opportunity to join a multinational leader in the conveyor industry and work with a team that is driven, passionate and determined to make a difference. The role will require the following: Managing the collection of and entry of job time sheets. To assist in raising project invoicing to clients. To assist the Procurement Officer with consumables/clothing management. To assist the Project Accountant with Cognos reporting requirements. To document and dispatch any related invoicing documents to Accounts Payable for processing. Assist with internal and external audits as required. Complete additional administrative related tasks as directed by management. Responsible for ordering office stationery & kitchen amenity orders. Scanning & saving QA documentation. Arranging catering for all clientele meetings & events. Answer all phone enquires and directed them to the right department. Ensure all signed in documents for visitors are completed on arrival. Ensure all visitors are signed out when leaving. Ensure that the reception and boardroom areas are always clean and presentable. Manage incoming and outgoing mail (physical and electronic). Advise personnel of visitors’ arrival. Manage incoming and outgoing courier packages. The Right Person Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a similar position Completed HSC (Year 12) OR equivalent tertiary training/ qualifications Strong experience in data administration and customer service Strong experience using MS Office. Specifically using Outlook, Excel and Word The ability to demonstrate a strong safety focus Valid Australian Driver’s License Team player attitude with the ability to handle complexities within the role Solid communication skills Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. High level of initiative and determination to achieve goals and targets. Ability to work autonomously in a busy environment.
