As the Test Engineer you will be reporting to the Chapter Lead Customer Engagement Comms Quality Engineering part of the wider Retail Technology function. Retail Technology is responsible for the world-leading application of technology and operations across every aspect of CommBank and Bankwest Retail - from innovative product platforms for our customers, to essential tools within our business. We use technology to drive simplicity and better banking, an essential component of great customer service, which is underpinned by a strong emphasis on software development and the adoption of industry-best engineering practices. We're interested in hearing from people who: Are proficient in the end-to-end SDLC process essential. Provide strong technical knowledge in PL/SQL, Splunk, CI/CD and Blaze Meter systems. Can effectively coordination with various teams to perform system integration and end to end testing. Are critical & analytical thinker. Tech skills We use a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks. We don't expect you to know them all but experience or exposure with some of these will set you up for success in this team: Experience in test automation and functional testing - essential. Proficient with Git, GitHub, Jenkins, CI/CD, and code reviews. Understands the Oracle database system with strong PL/SQL knowledge.
