Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries and issues via phone and email in a professional and timely manner. Perform inbound administrative duties such as processing orders and handling customer requests. Accurately enter data into our systems and maintain updated records. Conduct inventory investigations and reconcile discrepancies as needed. Assist with various other administrative tasks as assigned. Work Schedule: Initially, the shift will be from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM for training purposes. Upon completion of training, the regular shift will be from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Qualifications: Proven experience in customer service and administrative roles. Strong communication skills (both verbal and written). Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with basic computer applications. Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and work efficiently under pressure.
