About The Role: Working for an industry leader, we currently have a fantastic opportunity available for a Customer Service Representative to join their team on a full time basis. Located in Scoresby this position is available for an immediate start. Working Monday to Friday, you will be part of a strong committed team who aim to provide exceptional customer service. Your duties will include however are not limited to: • Data entry of sales – using EDI and Pronto • Following up on sales orders and returns • Advising of delivery times and any potential delays • Building relationships with internal stakeholders • Addressing customer queries via inbound and outbound calls • General administration duties To be considered, you will have: • Experience with inbound calls • Strong IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft operating systems • Clear confident communication skills (Both verbally and written) • Knowledge of Pronto and EDI (Preferred) • Demonstrated problem solving abilities • Excellent multi-tasking skills APPLY Today To apply online please click on the appropriate link and send your resume in WORD format.
