On behalf of Firmstone Flooring are conducting a search for a dedicated and skilled Contracts Administrator Current Opening: This opportunity is a full-time position (38 hours per week). Position Responsibilities and Tasks Develop, review, and negotiate contract variations for flooring projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with industry standards. Respond to inquiries and resolve issues related to contracts, programs, projects, and services provided. Manage all contract-related documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and adherence to contractual obligations. Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients to ensure project goals are met and contractual terms are fulfilled. Advise senior management on contractual matters requiring attention and implement their decisions. Oversee contractor work, monitor compliance with contracts, and report on variations to workorders. Prepare and review reports and submissions related to the organization's contractual activities. Collect and analyse project data, report on project outcomes, and use insights for future project planning. Qualifications and Skills: Diploma in a related field At least two-three years' experience in a similar role Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and independently. Salary: The role offers a remuneration package of $70,000 - $80,000 per annum, plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
