About the Role Seeking an experienced Legal Secretary looking to progress or a Career Paralegal looking for a change. You will be working in a hybrid environment with the option to have flexible working hours. Assist with the preparation, review, and management of contracts and legal documents related to retirement village transactions; Conduct legal research and compile findings into comprehensive reports; Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and client consultations; Maintain and update client records and databases; Support the team in due diligence processes and other transactional activities; and Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail. Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Paralegal, or a Legal Secretary that is keen to progress; Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures relevant to the retirement living sector; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines; Attention to detail and accuracy in all work; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information; and A proactive and positive attitude with a commitment to client service.
