An exciting short term opportunity for tech savvy job seeker to work in a government department, gaining administrative skills located in Glen Innes. 4 week annual leave cover (potential to extend) Competitive wages - $350/day Processing applications and liaising with customers over the phone The Client We are working with State government department who are looking for additional support for the next four weeks in processing registration applications and taking customer queries. This is a 4 week annual leave cover and if you are interested in gaining some experiencing working in a government organization, this is the perfect opportunity for you The Role As a successful Processing Officer, your duties will include but not be limited to: Review new applications, changes and renewals for third party programs. Provide high level support when contacting customers if requests are incomplete. Determine if a customer's request is valid using legislation and policies. Accurately enter or update a customer's details in the relevant system. Approve customer requests or, where necessary, escalate to management for consideration. You As a successful Processing Officer, you will offer: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Previous experience working in the automotive sector ideal but not necessary.
