Contract Administrator for a high-rise mixed-use project in the Brisbane CBD for a highly established head contractor. Contract Administrator Location: Brisbane, QLD Unite Construction is assisting a highly respected and established Brisbane based head contractor who have a proven track record of delivering large-scale new build projects across a variety of sectors including the commercial, residential and hotel high-rise space. Key Responsibilities: Letting of trades and packages Management of the budget and associated costs with the project Administrating RFI’s Processing progress claims Managing variations Monthly cost reporting Identifying commercial risks and opportunities within contracts Assisting with drafting scope of works and procurement schedules Preparation and letting of packages Key Skills/Qualifications Required: Bachelors degree in construction management, quantity surveying or relevant field Ideally 5 years experience in a CA function having led a project as the lead CA Previous experience delivering a project in the industrial space is highly advantageous Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to effectively interact with subcontractors, clients, suppliers and stakeholders High attention to detail and strong knowledge of construction contracts Experienced with job management software such as Jobpac, Cheops, Payapps etc Good attitude and strong ethics Salary: $150,000 - $180,000 package Further Benefits: Joining a highly reputable head contractor with an excellent pipeline of work Hybrid role working across site and office (Brisbane CBD) Hands on and autonomous position working in a flat management structure If this position looks right for you and you would like to apply and/or discuss further, please apply within or submit your resume and cover letter to: Email: georgeuniterecruitment.com.au Mobile: 0432692314 Referral reward: $1,000
