The Role - Customer Service Coordinator: We're on the lookout for multiple team members to join our Operations Team across ANU on a casual basis. Our ideal candidate will be a customer focused individual who genuinely enjoys delivering good customer service, is seeking a role that offers some variety and has a resilient approach to problem solving. A background in reception or hotel accommodation will provide you with the essential skillset needed for this role - this will include strong written and verbal communication, good computer skills and organisational skills. Some of the responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Creating a friendly environment and delivering a positive resident experience, Assist with a range of enquiries related to student residency, studies, general needs, and overall wellbeing, Taking the initiative to monitor and report concerns and/or issues relating to resident safety and wellbeing and escalating as needed, and Coordinating and execute administrative duties (including incoming and outgoing mail, filing, etc.) At UniLodge we provide a home away from home for our residents and we aim to hire staff who will champion fostering a safe, secure and healthy living environment for our student residents. Due to the requirements of our ANU operation, you may be required to work during weekends.
