What we are looking for: LMS (Loyalty Management System) experience Worked on My Account and loyalty previously Has undertaken and is comfortable with undertaking loyalty related research Flexible and demonstrate maturity working with senior stakeholder with experience to know when to politely challenge and when to agree to the stakeholder opinion/direction Good cultural fit to consistently engage with the Design Team Can work well with their project team Longer term, actively work with design peers to bring our team, i.e. design system, accessibility, etc to the next level All applications must include examples of experience wokring with LMS as well as an up to date portfolio of work
